Once I saw artworks inverted as I was hooked - unfortunately my scatter brain style hasn’t led me to any more inverted pieces - yet.

Groundbreaking was like every piece - a new challenge. I just wanted to create something inverted - and make the most out of it playing with different tones. What better way than skin and moons.

A bit into the process - This beautiful girl was made up of two different models, from there I added in some moon and smashed them apart. When drawing there was a lot of taking photos and then inverting them (as the original is all white) to see where I was at. (Below you’ll find my reference I dug up - showing the 2 different girls).

Personally, my favourite part of these pieces is seeing how the light just touches her skin in the inverted version. To savour the detail in all it’s glory - shop here
